life and all that comes with it

Life (cf. biota) is a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have signaling and self-sustaining processes (biology) from those that do not,^[1][2] either because such functions have ceased (death), or else because they lack such functions and are classified as inanimate.^[3]

So we are all living this experience called life. Life is so much more than a bunch of processes and actions that signify so called life. life is a gift of god. It is what you do on a day to day basis. Who you talk to. Who u interact with. It is those experiences that mean the world to you. life is why u live.why u wake up every morning and everything in between before you go to sleep to each nite. Emotion and life go hand in hand. If those emotions are bad then you can change it. if they are good then keep it up...... your doing fine. What you do and the choices you make affect life. Life is a grand grand experience only granted to all who exist. It is up to you and you yourself who chooses your path and what your life is like. If you are down in your life then it is up to no other than YOU.....who can change that path of uncertainty and unhappiness to a path of greatness and happiness. If you are happy with your life then you have truly embraced it. "Embrace life and it will embrace you." Being happy with what you have will take you farther into enjoying life. Complaining and sulking only keeps you in the present and wont take you into the future and what it holds. If you can Love yourself only then can you love life and learn to love others and other happenings. The road to life has alot of sharp turns. Its up to you to take them. Be happy with yourself before u can be happy with other things because You yourself are in total control. You foretell your outcome. your future. Other people or events will come along and change that. It may be good or bad but ultimately it is up to you. Friends will come along to help you when you are most down. consider yourself blessed. Good friends will always lead you to the rite path 99% of the time. do not overlook them. Friends are there for you in uncertain times. A friend in need has a friend indeed. Listen to them.You'll know if they are rite or wrong. Everybody needs help with things. Its always easier with a friend. As the definition says Life is for the living. not for the dead. so if you are alive....... live life. Make mistakes, learn from them. Don't be afraid. take charge and make a change, make a choice, make a difference, help others, because if you haven't then you've been missing out on life and all it offers. Live it. YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE. SO LIVE IT UP. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID. Until next time readers,

even superman needs a hero to look up to

hey bloggers. its been a while. This blog post is dedicated to a good friend of mine. This entry will not mention her by name but by her merits. You see i know she looks to me for advice and maybe a little guidance from time to time. And that is fine by me. Everybody needs help and thats not a bad thing. She always says how good of a man i am. that im different. that im kind and caring, and many more other things. that kind of sounds like a superhero to me. But what she may or may not know is that i look up to her. yes She is a (I)ncredible.(S)uperwoman. (I.S.) is very hardworking and most of the time she knows what she wants. She helps others when she could be helping herself. (a rare trait these days). She goes to school and works hard towards her goals and wants in life. Independent and strong she is. One thing i know for sure is that i look up to her not because shes beautiful or famous. but because shes a honest person. A person who makes me feel comfortable. a woman who makes me want to change not because of a bandwagon, but because it betters myself. A woman who can make me smile when shes not around. Shes a woman with ideas. she is an (I.S.) At sometimes what she says to me makes me wonder if her life is hard. and maybe sometimes it is. but that does not phase her. Every time shes around she always has that spark in her eye and that smile that says im different, Im ready for the world and whatever it throws at me. That takes BALLS people. Character, Dignity, Faith, Determination, Strength, Beauty, Brains and more. All that in one Woman makes her Super incredible. And im proud to be her friend. And i plan to learn more from her and her ways. maybe someway i can be like her.

The Hungry Monster

Do you want to eat, or to stop the hunger? There is an important distinction between these desires. Most of the times we eat, we're not actually hungry. We eat because it's our regular meal time or because we associate eating with a given activity (``It just isn't a movie without the popcorn''). We eat because it's part of social ritual, or a respite from the press of events. Any why not? Eating is one of the most physically enjoyable things you can do in public.

Hunger is something very different. Hunger is a command, not a request. Hunger is looking at your dog curled up sleeping on the rug and thinking, "I wonder how much meat there is beneath all that fur?'' True hunger, although part of the daily life of billions of people on this planet, is rare in Western industrialised countries except among the very poor and those engaged in dieting. One thing you learn from the worst moments in a diet is what hunger really is. Not only does it help one appreciate the suffering of those deprived of food by circumstances rather than choice, it also teaches an important lesson about why we eat. Who wants to go to IHOP........lol I.S.

When cold is really not that cold

When it snowed on Saturday i thought to myself wow this sucks. As i am not a big fan of snow i didn't like it one bit. Its cold, wet, and terribly messy......especially if there is a ton, like the 23 odd inches we got in our area. so on Sunday when the opportunity to go sledding arose i cringed at the idea. The thought of being cold wet and uncomfortable was like a needle in my backside. but i thought hey what better do you have to do???? So i went thinking i was only going to watch. At least that would be entertaining. So off we went to a spot neat grant avenue. When i got there there was groves of people. going up and down the hill at alarming rate. i still thought no im just goin to watch. My friends decided to make a private spot for us. As soon as i saw the first run down the hill i knew i wanted to try. So i did. the speed and pure rush of sledding is enough to make anyone amped up. And after seeing all of my friends having fun sledding, a couple sharing a snow kiss, me making snow angles and tearing up the snow on our self made sled i realized that it wasnt so cold anymore. Its never cold wet and boring when u have the love and warm hearts of your friends. i was saddened to leave but i will remember that time as a fun adventure. You may say no more snow..........but im dreaming of a white christmas......Happy holidays to all.

my first entry

This blog is not for me to air out my problems because i cant solve them in due time by myself or to expose my personal life so as to feel popular or loved. No talking about what i had for lunch or what some rude person said to me on the way to work. This is a genuine part of me, like an extension. What i think of things and interpret them as. and today its about life.

What is LIFE to me? What is the meaning of LIFE? Some people think Life is just so we can be born and make more of ourselves. Well LIFE to me is an experience not to be wasted. for those of you who say F.M.L. remember that there is someone who had one and wouldn't mind having yours. As a people we are engrossed in life. But often do not realize it. A good example? how nosy are you in other peoples lives? LIFE is who you are. it is what you did or have done yesterday today or tomorow. Its the really good pizza you had that u just loved. or its the way your other half makes you smile. The fact that one day you may have a family get married. Doing what ever u want in LIFE. And guess what? You are in control of this grand experience we call LIFE. Even tho its not the same for everyone that is my definition of LIFE. So whatever you choose to do on your path live it to the fullest because u dont want to waste it. and you only get one.
